I’ve cooked chicken long enough til it fell off of the bones a number of times. On purpose. I think it’s pretty good that way.
I didn’t cook it too long… I cooked it the usual time, it was just super moist.
Who knows. Don’t know where that memory came from or why it bothered me. Stupid huh?
