Just realized the co-pay for the allergist will be due tomorrow when we go. I don’t have any money.

Just realized it’s Tuesday night already.
I haven’t even read the articles I have to read and understand for the quiz I have to take by Friday.
Also, Hannah’s allergist appointment is first thing in the morning and I’ve yet to fill out all that paper work that came in the mail last week.
I am not normally a procrastinator.

I soaked the chicken in buttermilk for 20hrs.
I fried it, made twice baked potatoes and mixed veggies.
The potatoes came out great, I’d never made them before.
I microwaved 6 potatoes for half of forever (10mins?) then scooped the insides out like you do with an avocado.
In a mixing bowl I combined the tater innards with a small container of reduced fat sour cream, huge bacon bits...

A UPS truck just pulled up… to deliver a box that my Uncle mailed to himself at our address because they can’t have mail delivered to the condo they’ve rented to live in, in Pigeon Forge.

Hannah has so many mosquito bites and one is literally the size of half a ping pong ball. It is stressing me out because she’s so little, I don’t want that poison in her system but she can’t even have benedryl because she has that allergy test Wed morning.

I am so angry
at my children that I’m shaking.
It all started with a tiny little thing… I bought a diet Pepsi cause I have a headache and thought maybe the caffeine would help, and I told Hannah to stay out of it. She didn’t, and I accidentally bumped it. She hadn’t put the lid on it. 16oz of diet Pepsi exploded all over my kitchen.

I’m a little off today.
I woke up cranky. I slept in, late, but still woke up in a foul mood. I wanted to just randomly punch people. The only problem with this was the only people I was around were my children, ha ha. No punching happened.

I took a single dose (for 24hrs) of Claritin AND a single Benedryl pill.
I often have to mix the two.
Tonight however, I’m discombobulated.
I’m going to go lay back in the houch now and then kids can just watch TV.

I forgot to take some Claritin this morning
By the time we got home from church my allergies were bothering me.
I kept meaning to take some, but I got side tracked by kids and lunch and all etc.

My alarm didn't go off
I was supposed to be at church at 8.

I want to make a chicken casserole
One of the throw back ones, like you see on TV with the chunks of chicken and a creamy sauce, with lots of veggies and a bread crumb topping, all steaming and pretty.
But the only recipes I can find are chicken, can of cream of mushroom soup, frozen veggies. I want to make one that *doesn’t* taste like hamburger helper goo.
Sigh.
I failed to mention
That I have to be back at church at 8:00am to do childcare for 2hrs, and then go grab a $5 spray on tan.
At 1 I have to pick up Jeremiah’s little buddy and head to a state park 45minutes away for Nana’s party, which all extended family drove in to town for (some from 8hrs away) so it’s likely to be long.
I want a nap.
I still have to make potato salad
I left my house at 2:30pm.
Hit the yarn shop & po, drove to tae kwon do, made a mad dash through the grocery store, back home in a panic to unload & put up cold groceries (the non-refrigerated items are still littered all over my kitchen floor where we dumped them in our hurry), thru Burger King’s drive thru and the gas station and over to church.
