My stomach still hates me. So far today I’ve eaten toast and 5hrs later some peanut butter crackers. I just gave up and ate a few bites of spaghetti & meatballs & garlic bread because I am so hungry and it’s all hurting me so I may as well eat.
I’ve also been sucking down gatorade. This may or may not be helping. At all.

I called my childhood pediatrician’s office TWICE Thurs. Once Fri just for shits & giggles and already once today.
Apparently NO ONE EVER works in their medical records department. And though I’ve left messages this non-existant person especially will not return my phone call because I’m long distance.

I don’t take the heat very well. I’m glad I no longer live in Florida.
We spent 6hrs outside yesterday at the waterpark, which was the most fun ever, but by the 5th hour I had retreated to a lounge chair under an umbrella which sort of killed hubby’s fun (but not quite) because both kids wanted to run in opposite directions (hehe).

Whatever stomach bug Tony and Jeremiah had last night caught up with me at 7 am. Not the way I wanted to spend the first 2hrs of my day! Actually, I planned on spending those exact 2hrs sleeping. Makes me a little nervous because that means Hannah’s probably going to get it. Poor baby.

Happily the sale of the spinner’s lap quilt gave me enough pay pal money to buy a skein of lime green merino/tencel sock yarn I had in my etsy faves!!

I am the worst mother.
Hannah told me she was sleepy. I told her she had to brush her teeth & take her medicine. She left thr room, I finished cutting off my skirt.
She’s apparently in her bed, asleep.
Also, how the hell many times in one night can a kid say something or someone is “Epic.” For realz. DO you even know what epic is?!
Also, I had one of those huge layered wrinkly skirts. I cut the bottom 2 layers off. It’s much better now.
I shouldn’t complain. Really.
I did manage to do all the dishes, cook dinner, wash a load of laundry, clean out my closet, make the kids’ beds, make a batch of chocolate chip cookies from scratch and sew together and list that spinner’s lap quilt.
But seriously… I know it’s awful, but I probably could’a gotten the kids to just watch TV all day so I could do...

My sister Veronica is 13 FREAKING YEARS OLD.
I had her spend the night tonight because I needed some help with the kids today because I had a ton of stuff to get done.
I’ve gotten done about HALF of it because I have had to YELL every 3 minutes at some kid. My kids or her. They are all SO rowdy. Running, yelling, bouncing around on beds, screaming, throwing balls, FIGHTING OVER BOARD...

My e-mail got hacked!
I don’t understand this. It’s never happened before. I NEVER open e-mails from people I don’t know. I never open attachements unless I’m expecting one.
But my e-mail started at 7:59pm e-mailing everyoen in my address book.
What do I do about this?
Dinner was delicious. I grilled steaks, garlic bread and corn on the cob and doctored up some boxed mac & cheez.
Now that I’m done I need to go work on a spinner’s lap cloth someone special requested thru my etsy shop. : )

Sitting here taking a practice SAT test from the book I got today… trying not to burst into tears on the fact that I could only get thru the first 10 math questions and I only got 3 of those right.
At least I did OK on the critical writing. Only 6 wrong out of 33.

This morning we went to Walmart and bought Jeremiah and Tony new swimming trunks, a disposable waterproof camera (cause that’s how I roll) and sunscreen for our trip to Kentucky on Monday. Mid afternoon mash up
Laid in the sun for an hour which probably only did me the “good” of burning the top of my shoulders. Sigh. #Whitepeople
Also just filled out the FAFSA application to see if I can get a grant for school. Hoping, hoping!! Hubby says when he went to the same school (8-10 yrs ago?) it was $300 a semester. Now it’s $1200. Inflation much?
